About Mrs. Antonella Finocchi

Antonella has 25 years of experience in the ICT field with a specialization in Public Sector and Public Security environment. Through these years she has gained broad expertise in outsourcing, programme management, business process analysis and reengineering and for the last ten years she has also worked on homeland security programs including biometrics, smartcards and security aspects. She is actually Vice President at Capgemini Italy and has various roles within the company: Public Sector Delivery manager, Public Security leader for Italy, Programme manager of the large project Italian e-Passport. She is managing the five-year programme for the Italian electronic Passport started in 2006, and has managed the four-year programme related to the electronic residence permit for foreign people living in Italy from 2005 to 2009 (smartcard similar to electronic identity card).
