About Mr. David Cummins

David P. Cummins is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for the ACS Transportation Solutions Group. Transportation Solutions is the largest provider of transportation services to governments worldwide, with sales in over 30 countries. Cummins leads all sales, marketing and acquisitions for the Group. He manages a team of 60 sales professionals located in eight countries who focus on: toll collection, public transport, parking, roadway enforcement, commercial trucking, ports, airports, and urban traffic.

Prior to joining ACS, Cummins served as the Director of Operations Planning and Management for the Salt Lake 2002 Olympic Organizing Committee. In 2003, Cummins and three former colleagues were awarded the International Project of the Year Award presented by the Project Management Institute for project management work accomplished at the Salt Lake Winter Games. Earlier in his career, Cummins was Director of Business Development for ARBROS, Inc. and Financial Officer for AED, Inc.

Cummins received his MBA from the University of Michigan Business School, his MA in International Affairs from the George Washington University, and a BA in Political Science from Messiah College.
