About Mrs. Claudia de Andrade

Drs. Claudia de Andrade-de Wit (1966), studied in Rotterdam (MsBA) with a special interest in information and change management. Started June 2009 as the first CIO of the city of Amsterdam.
Red line in her career is initiating, organizing and realizing change. Information Technology plays an important role. Traditionally as a means to support change, increasingly as essential prerequisite for realizing change.
Ultimately responsible for the program Digital Route of the Province of South-Holland. Successfully initialized and prepared the province for the challenges of e-government and the information society.
Prior to that she worked eight years in various positions at KPN. As a member of the management team, she transformed the Mobile Operator from a project into a 1st class fully fledged operator.
Her career started at Procter & Gamble, where she completed a number of positions at national and international levels. She has been responsible for supply chain integration with European business partners in the field of logistic processes and systems.
