About Mr. Walter Mutsaers

Walter Mutsaers (1967) has been a member of the Executive Board of Mn Services since February 2006. As a board member Walter is responsible for the overall strategy and results of the company. His specific areas of expertise comprise the Pension Administration & Services business unit as well as the Marketing & Sales and Corporate Communication departments. Walter has over 18 years of experience in the financial services industry.

From the beginning of 2001 through the end of 2005 Walter, along with a business partner, ran his own interim management and management consultancy company, primarily specialising in financial services. During a portion of this period he acted as interim Director Pensions & Insurances of Mn Services. Walter also served as an advisor on various projects concerning pension strategy and change management.

From 1991 through 2001 Walter filled a wide range of positions, mainly as a manager and director at Fortis.

From October 1998 until the start of 2001 Walter was a board member of Fortis AMEV. He had final responsibility for all the commercial activities and all the product lines provided through independent intermediaries. As well as the e-business activities.

Prior to this Walter was General Director of the business unit Corporate Insurances. In that position he was responsible for the non-commercial insurances issued by independent brokers and agents.

From 1995 until the end of 1996 Walter served as the head of Marketing and Business Development of AMEV Interlloyd, a newly established business unit focusing on the commercial property insurance market.

Walter studied Business Economics at Tilburg University. He graduated in 1991.
