    New Futures: Building on Creativity

    Day 3 explores creativity and innovation as seen from the perspective of very diffrrent locations – publis service broadcasters, political and civic organisation and from designers working on the interface of ‘the urban’. We will explore how new approaches to using data create new platforms for engagement, and the reinvogration of older process or organisatons. A perspective from east Asia will illuminate possible policy directions for those seeking to position themselves at the heart of the creative economy.
