    Session 4 focused on the innovation topic, and particular energizing the answers “smart but how “? It continues the identification of steps to be taken towards the smart future. The focus lies with two important theme’s where smart can, will and must make a difference: mobility and the urban environment, including buildings. What to do with old buildings, cars, transport systems, infrastructures, what technologies and incentives are available respectively needed to make the switch?
