eInclusion
What about eInclusion worldwide?
G104+G105
14:00 - 15:30 hrs. What is the status of eInclusion worldwide? What actions should be taken to bring eInclusion worldwide to a higher level? Keynotes will go into these questions and give an overview of ongoing activities around the world on eInclusion. Best practices from various continents will be placed in the framework of the many environmental factors which differ per continent, even per country. Do governments and trade & industry in particular parts of the world use ICT to the max? How could they exploit the advantages of ICT even more? Also discussed: How do we emphasize, on a global level, the importance of eInclusion as a challenge? How do we open their eyes to really see the 'challenges of change to an eIncluded society'? How do we provide them with tools for an eIncluded future? And what are the roles of governments, the ICT industry and other stakeholders in this respect?
