eGovernment: Challenged
The Changing Society: Vision on how IT is changing society and government
Auditorium
14:00 - 15:30 hrs.Are we on the brink of a new era? ICT changes the relationship between government, citizen and businesses. But in what extent? Evolution or revolution. The challenge is to respond to a society which is increasingly horizontal; in which governments have lost their primacy over information and its dissemination; and where networks and single-issue groups become ever more effective. Speakers with different backgrounds will reflect on these topics. And they will be questioned by the new generation.
